Good stay overall
fine hotel room lush hotel area tasty food disappointing kids club stretching session game console
The hotel rooms were fine and inviting. The hotel area seemed fine and lush. The staff was very nice and the food tasted good (i especially liked the desserts).
The kids club was a little disappointing to me. The stretching session was scheduled for 1.5 hours, but it only lasted 5 minutes. I also found that the game consoles did not work.

clean accommodation good food
The accommodation was lovely and clean. The food was very good (freshly cooked meat and fish were available at the Grill Garden).
The game consoles did not work as expected.

Excellent Family Stay
great slides kind staff
The slides were great fun for my children. Breakfast offered many choices. The dinners were varied and tasty. Our room was clean, and the staff was very kind. I especially liked the staff members from Argentina and Indonesia.
I wished a water station were available. I would have appreciated the ability to refill my water bottles.
